Plus Size Costumes

I love that there are so many options for plus size costumes nowadays. They used to be very hard to find! Most of the major costume retailers will have options in plus size, or there are several retailers that specialize in larger sizes. The plus size Halloween costume you choose really depends on the mood you’re going for: do you want to be sexy, or sweet, or scary?
Some of my favourites are the French Maid, Flapper, Geisha Girl and Wonder Women. A 50’s outfit – complete with poodle skirt, Southern Belle, or princess are great options if you want to go for the “sweet” look. Finally, for a scary plus size costume, how about a witch or pirate? I’m not such a fan of the scary or silly costumes (plus size clown costume, no thanks), but that’s just my preference.
